Shipping

We will do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. Confirmed and paid for orders will be shipped the same or next working day. However, we do not always succeed in meeting this, for example because the products are out of stock. The product page shows the estimated delivery time. Should we not meet the date of the delivery for any reason, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. 

Shipping options

We ship with PostNL (Dutch Postal service),DPD and DHL. Only when needed we ship with UPS. We have the option to ship to pickup locations and service stations by PostNL, DHL and UPS. For most Western European countries you can choose a pickup location at the checkout. In the table below you will find shipping options per country. 

Pickup in the showroom in Utrecht

We have a showroom in Utrecht, The Netherlands. It is possible to pickup your order here. You do not pay any shipping costs. Only prepaid orders can be pickup by appointment only during working days. It is possible to fit your shoes in the showroom. There will always be only one customer per appointment 

Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide. For most countries we have predetermined shipping methods and costs. For countries outside the European Union (EU) we will deduct 21% VAT automatically at checkout.
